Shipping and Delivery

The Australia Post is our major carrier for deliveries. Different carriers may be used for over-sized items depending on the delivery location.

All items will be shipped out from Casula NSW, Australia and will be using Australia Post Standard Transit grid. We deliver only within Australia.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. The Shipping charge is flat rate $11.80 AUD per order.

The Estimate Delivery Date can be calculated by this formula: order date + process time + Carrier Transit Grid = Estimate Delivery Date

Carrier Transit Grid can be found at Auspost website (https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/) by putting from postal code "2170 Casula"

Based on our experience, 99.9% of orders are next day ship out and therefore process time is next day most of the time. (Orders you place with Toffee Express late on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until Monday.)

Returns and Replacements

If there are problem with the merchandise, please contact us 14 days after the purchase.

We love our Planet. Our only and lovely Planet. We need to cherish our planet by minimizing our carbon footprint. Toffee Express will be using recycle or reusable materials for packaging when ever we can. When you receive our packages, please recycle or reuse the packaging materials in order to build our sustainable future. Thank you.
